10 Important Vastu Shastra Tips for the Main Door of the House

In this article, I have described 10 important Vastu Shastra Tips for the Main Door or Entrance of the House, which enables the unhindered flow of positive energy into the house and removes all negative energies from the house, and prevents or repulses them from entering the house.

These ten tips are very effective and beneficial in removing all kinds of Vastu Doshas or negativity from the house and attracting prosperity, good luck, abundance, joy and happiness, and money and wealth into the house and removing domestic strife, illness, and disease, and sadness from the house.

I have also included some important Vastu Shastra Tips to offset the disadvantages faced by a house having its main door or entrance facing the South Direction, which is considered to be inauspicious according to Vastu Shastra.

Ten Vastu Shastra Tips for the Main Door Facing South Direction

1] Placing a Mantra Infused Nav Durga Yantra in the center of the top frame of the main door on any auspicious day, like a Shubh Muhurat or a Hindu Festival, will remove all kinds of Vastu Dosha quickly and remove negative energies from the house and repulse them when they attempt entering the house.

2] Placing a Photograph of Lord Hanuman or a Mantra Infused Hanuman or Bhairav Yantra in the center of the top frame of the main door will keep the house Vastu Dosh Mukt or free from every kind of Vastu Dosha.

3] Placing an auspicious symbol on either side of the man door and a Tri Shakti Symbol of Trishul, Om, and Swastika on top of it negates all kinds of Vastu Dosha. This simple but potent Vastu Dosha Nivaran Upay can be practiced along with any other Upay, including the two remedies mentioned above.

4] A Mantra Infused Horseshoe can be fixed on the main door to remove evil and negative energies and prevent them from entering the house. The Horse Shoe is usually fixed with the sides pointing upwards in a U Shape to attract prosperity, money, wealth, good luck, and happiness into the house. The Horse Shoe, which has been used by a black-colored horse is considered to be more powerful and effective.

5] A Mantra Infused Parymid made from Panch Dhatu or an amalgation of five different metals or even a Parymid made from a single metal can be placed on the main door to negate Vastu Dosha. This remedy which attracts good luck and fortune is especially beneficial for those houses whose main door is facing the South Direction.

6] To negate the harmful vibrations of a main door facing the South Direction; a long strip of silver is buried under the frame of the main door.

7] Placing a Pot containing a sapling of a Mango Tree on the side of the main is considered to be an effective Vastu Dosh Removal Upay, which can be practiced along with other remedies.

8] To remove the negative frequencies attracted by the main door facing the South Direction, the person opening the door in the morning should pour some water from a copper vessel just outside the main door.

9] Placing an Idol or Photograph of Lord Ganesha on top of the main door of the house is very beneficial in attracting positive energy, prosperity, happiness, money, and wealth into the house.

10] A Vastu Dosh Nivaran Yantra can also be affixed on the main door to remove and repulse negative energy. Such Yantras are easily available in the market or you can easily make one yourself and worship it and hang it on the main door. The procedure of making this Yantra can be seen here: Powerful Homemade Vastu Shanti Yantra.
